HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A motorized shopping cart took a detour to a strip club after it was stolen from a Wal-Mart in Huntington early Monday morning.
West Virginia State Police have charged Dartanion Muntoe, 68, with grand larceny and public intoxication.
